Men’s Fall Fashion 2010

As a lover of all fashion, I shan’t forget the men! Obviously, men aren’t as big on fashion, but it doesn’t mean there aren’t trends for this fall season. I did a little research and here’s whats in store for mens fall fashion. (Mens trends are usually similar to womens, so ladies don’t disregard this post!)

Velvet, wool, and corduroy are always in during fall and winter seasons because they’re great fabrics to stay warm in. Velvet and corduroy especially because they block the wind, so keep this in mind when shopping for cold weather gear.

Sportcoats are always in because they work year-round with any outfit. Keep a sportcoat casual with a pair of jeans or dress it up with a dress shirt, dress pants, and dress shoes. Crewnecks are also always in because they’re comfy and look good on most men.

Thanks to the military trend, we’ll be seeing a lot of field jackets, cargos, epaulets, and chunky boots. However, remember when wearing this trend, just to make one piece the focus of your outfit.

Of course, we can’t forget the accessories: chunky-knit scarves and brooches (aka lapel pins). These pieces help add color and personality to any outfit.
